We had a great breakfast at this food wagon today. They've been serving up hearty and delicious breakfast and brunch items for six years at the current location. My wife ordered the Pancake Sandwich and it was big enough for two. With bacon, sausage and two eggs between two pancakes, this is a feast. I went in a different direction and tried the BLT with lots of smoky bacon and ripe tomatoes. Loved the house made chips. They have picnic tables with a cover to block out the sun. Probably the best thing was how friendly and proud the owners are of their business. Check them out!

Nice little food wagon in Princeville. We stayed at the Wyndham Bali Hai and this place was only 5 minutes away. For breakfast we tried the pancakes, Juan, and veggie omelette sandwich. All were delicious but my personal favorite was the Juan - an egg omelette with chorizo, cilantro, and a garlic aioli sauce. Good stuff! The place had lots of parking and a few picnic tables under a tent for shade if you decide to eat there. We opted to take our food back to our suite. A little pricey, but it seems like everything in Kauai is pricey. This is worth a stop if you're in the area and are looking for a place to eat at.

The best Eggs Benedict I've ever had! Also had the Pancake Sticks and Pork Sandwich. Everything was amazing! It seemed like breakfast was hard to find in Princeville, so I was so happy to experience breakfast here!

Might be the best kalua Benedict I've had, but it comes at a price! However, even the half Benedict was super filling and satisfying.

Came first thing in the morning before they opened and there was already a small line. The service was quick and friendly, and the food was delicious. Ordered a half order of eggs benedict, kalua pork was tender and perfectly cooked. Fried spam sandwich was the best combo, a little sweet with salty.

Absolutley, the best breakfast I had in Kauai - and there are some really good breakfast places! I am not a huge food truck fan, I want to sit down instead of trying to hold a plate in one hand, eat with the other while trying to find a place to set my drink down. This truck or actually wagon, had a parking lot and a row of picnic tables to sit. I was good with that. There were a few people ahead of us, it was clear that the person working the window was busy. She was pleasant and apologized for the slight wait. We ordered and sat down. Within a few minutes, I heard my name called. Although the breakfast was a bit pricey, all of Hawaii is pricey, I thought the portions were generous. I loved what looked like hasselback potatoes but fried. I didn't get a slice of ham on the english muffins, I got a ham steak, the eggs were perfectly cooked and everything smothered in hollandaise sauce. I wasn't the only one impressed, everyone around the table seemed to be talking about what they ordered and how much they liked it. Later in the day, my partner made it clear where we should be going the following morning!

We wanted to try and check out other food truck while in Kauai, this spot was highly recommended so we gave it a try. Truck itself is small and so cute, line was long but it moved fast. We ordered Juan burrito and the kalua pork benedict. The burrito was just okay, flavor was lacking. I opted for salsa verde and that too was also just okay. Not spicy at all. The benedict was good, the sauce is different than the usual hollandaise. I can taste a hint of coconut in it which made it tad creamier. Overall a good spot and will definitely come back to check out other items.

Fast, very friendly service. The spam breakfast sandwich was a meal unto itself, the egg perfectly fried, and the garlic aioli a strong addition. The kahlua pork benedict is the best eggs Benedict I have ever had. The hollendaise incorporates a hint of citrus from the lemons they grow fresh outside the truck. Amazing. 10/10. We enjoyed the plentiful parking and the laid back feel at the covered picnic tables.

Come here for good vibes, friendly service, and excellent food! Super happy that this was a stop on our vacation. Everything was delicious! We had the following: Pancake sticks-so good or as they say ono in Hawaii! Beef and Pork tacos! Both were delicious for lunch and the chips that came with them are freshly made and just good! The garlic sauce is also great! Can't go wrong here! The Benedict's looked good too! There is a parking lot and a few picnic tables with a pop-up tent over it.

This was a last minute find for breakfast on our way to the Kalalau Trail and this did not disappoint at all! Definitely a great find! It is a food with a urgent care building across the way from the truck, but there was plenty of parking availabile. I ordered the Juan Burrito. I was only able to eat half of the burrito. My husband ordered the Noelle omelet. The omelet filled half the bottom of the take-out container and he was only able to eat half of it. Definitely one to have for breakfast and to save later for lunch. For both, eggs are fluffy. It was busy at around 11 am. They have two picnic tables available underneath a tent and they were taken. Other people who ordered and couldn't take a table ended up eating in their car. We just decided to eat it at a nearby beach to enjoy a beach view with our food. Overall, we definitely recommend!
